Communist Labourers

In Trivandrum, a group of communist labourers is seen in a shack on the roadside. In Kerala, it's common for unemployed people from a political party, including communist parties, to gather at these meeting points and wait for labour job opportunities to arise. These people usually stop trucks bringing goods into towns and cities, and claim their right to unload the trucks for a fee.
